Refund and Return Policy

At NÜVIEW™, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

📦  Returns

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it.

  • In its original packaging with all accessories included.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

💸  Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

🚫  Non-Refundable Items

• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

• Products that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair.

• Items not in their original condition, or missing parts.

🔁  Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

• If you need to exchange an item, please contact us first via our contact page or at conact@nüview.store.

📬  Return Process

1. Email us at conact@nüview.store with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will send you return instructions and the return address.

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

• Refunds will only be made to the original payment method.
